We offer refunds for NoBizz subscriptions under the following circumstances:

  • Refund requests made within 14 days of the initial subscription purchase
  • Technical issues that prevent you from using the service
  • Duplicate charges or billing errors

2. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  2. Provide your account email and reason for the refund request
  3. We will review your request within 5 business days
  4. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Subscriptions cancelled after 14 days from the initial purchase
  • Partial refunds for unused portions of a subscription period
  • Refunds for accounts terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service

4. Cancellation vs. Refund

Cancelling your subscription stops future charges but does not automatically refund past payments. If you wish to cancel and receive a refund, you must request a refund separately within the 14-day window.

5. Processing Time
